International Symposium on Electrical Engineering and Energy Systems (ISEEES 2027) will be held in Changsha, China, from February 26 to 28, 2027. The conference focuses on cutting-edge electrical engineering technologies, new-type power system construction, development and utilization of new energy, innovation of energy storage technologies, and multi-energy collaborative optimization. It aims to deepen the integration of academic theoretical innovation and practical engineering applications, and facilitate technological breakthroughs and implementation of new electrical and energy technologies for carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, intelligent manufacturing and smart energy.

Bringing together state-of-the-art global research achievements, ISEEES 2027 features keynote speeches, oral presentations, poster displays, special sessions and industrial exchanges to establish a high-level international academic platform. Researchers worldwide are warmly invited to submit papers and participate in this grand academic event.

All submitted papers will be peer reviewed by 2‑3 experts from the committee members. Accepted papers, following proper registration and presentation, will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for indexing in EI Compendex and Scopus.
